Programs Are Everywhere

I’ve recently had an interesting insight about us and for us -- women. It came to me during a run while I was in a meditative running state.

We know that all life is programmed and conditioned in some way. We think that we are thinking independently and that things depend on our actions, but in fact, both our thoughts and actions are part of numerous programs that have been ingrained and instilled in us from literally day one.

But this insight felt deep and profound to me, and it took me by surprise. I had never seen it this way before and had no real awareness of it. Yet it felt so true and on point.

It was about mature womanhood and women entering a more mature stage of life, which is often said to begin around the ages of 40–45 and continue through 60–65, though there is no fixed timeline. Of course, every woman experiences it differently. It can begin at different ages, last for varying lengths of time, and unfold in unique ways. Nevertheless, every woman goes through some form of transition into maturity and so called menopause.

So, the message I received was that peri-, meno-, and post-menopause are, in a way, a program. It is a conditioned program that is literally downloaded into the collective consciousness of women. Like a switch being flipped, it activates at a certain age and, in one form or another, affects every woman.

This program essentially tells women what precautions to take, what conditions and symptoms they will experience, and labels it as a normal stage of life. Because women's bodies are simply built this way and that all women should expect these changes to happen, one way or another.

The insight I received was that women entering their mature years -- around the ages of 40–45 and beyond -- are actually reaching the peak of their maturity, femininity, sexuality, sensuality, and inner power. No one who controls the world wants women to embody that level of power for twenty years during the height of their energetic prime -- confident, trustworthy, intelligent, and deeply self-aware.

So a collection of bodily and medical symptoms has been created and accepted as a collective program. Over time, humanity has embraced, bought it and believed in this program, treating it as an unquestionable reality.

And honestly, when this download/realization fully landed, I was in awe. I’m at around that age myself, so the insight felt deeply relevant to me as well, but I feel like I do not belong to this program.

As with all programs, they work only once we buy into them, give them significance, and believe they are true. When enough people accept them, they become part of the collective reality. Then it's like pressing a switch button. Once you believe it, the program starts running, and you become yet another person trapped within it, looking for symptoms and searching for their meaning.

All programs have been operating for a very long time, so they are not easy to deprogram. But the process begins at the level of consciousness. Once you see a program for what it is, you cannot unsee it.

That is when you create a crack -- a glitch -- in the program and begin to change it until it no longer exists within your system. The more of us who do this, the fewer programs will be running our lives. The key is to live from a connection with the soul, where guidance comes directly from within, from the Divine, rather than from external systems, new world orders and conditioned programs. And this applies to everything -- education, money, relationships, nutrition, and more, you name it. Nearly every aspect of life is influenced by programs whose role is to shape and control outcomes, direct and control human behavior, and limit our freedom of body, mind, and soul.

I’m not saying, stop running the programs completely right away. Once your body has been programmed and conditioned for a long time, we can even say for a lifetime, and you’re running your life by and with these programs so you have to detox slowly, same way as you lower doses of any drugs, meds, etc. A little step by a little step. Eventually it’ll all clear and your hardware will be ready to function as it is supposed with the divine order. And because it is about the collective, one seed will grow a garden over a time.

I’m not saying to stop running these programs completely or all at once. When your body has been programmed and conditioned for a long time -- perhaps even for an entire lifetime -- and you have been living through and by these programs, the process of change and detox needs to happen gradually. Just as you would slowly reduce the dosage of a drug or medication, one step at a time. Deprogramming requires awareness, understanding, conscious presence and connection from within.

Eventually, the noise begins to clear, and your "hardware" -- your body, mind, and spirit -- will start to function as it was designed to, in alignment with the internal, with the Divine order. And because this is ultimately a collective process, one seed planted today will grow into an entire garden over time.
